RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you wish to replace one or more damaged, defective, or incorrect products, you can send an explicit declaration of your decision to withdraw to our customer service at the email address NATURUNIQUE@NATURUNIQUE.COM , describing the problem encountered and sending a photo of the product.
Please note that only products received damaged, defective, or incorrect can be replaced.
RETURN REQUEST PROCEDURE
If you want to make a return, follow these simple steps:
1. Send a request to our customer service team, indicating your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason. Customer service will send you all the instructions for returning the item.
2. Return the products in their original packaging: the products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, that is, in perfect condition, complete with all their parts, unused, with the original packaging and any accompanying manuals, labels, and tags still attached to the product.
Returned items will be checked by our warehouse to ensure they have been returned intact and we will charge you for any decrease in the value of the item, refunding you only the residual value of the Product.
3. Please retain your shipping receipt. Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.) or via bank transfer. Orders paid for by cash on delivery will be refunded via bank transfer.
In the case of a Return for Withdrawal, the shipping costs for returning the products are the responsibility of the customer. The return will be the customer's responsibility until the box is delivered to our warehouse.
In the event of a return for an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, we will cover the shipping costs. In addition to the value of the purchased products, we will also refund the shipping costs incurred for delivery of the order if the returned product is the only one in the order. Furthermore, return shipping costs will not be charged.
REIMBURSEMENT
Returns will be processed within 10 business days from the date of delivery to our warehouse. All payments made for returned items will be refunded, including delivery costs in the event of an incorrect, damaged, or defective product (with the exception of additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal request was received by our Customer Care team. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase or by bank transfer, unless the customer requests otherwise; in this case, any additional costs resulting from the different payment method chosen will be borne by the customer. Refunds may be withheld until the goods are received or until the customer has demonstrated that they have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
