Products purchased on erboristeria.com are usually delivered within 3-5 working days of placing the order.

ITALY: Shipping costs €6.50 and is free for orders over €35.

EUROPE: Shipping costs €12. Delivery is available to the following countries:

Belgium
France
Germany

Portugal
Netherlands
Czech Republic
Greece
Poland

We recommend providing an address where someone will always be available to collect the package (for example, your building's concierge, your office, or a neighbor you know is home most of the time). Couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes or Post Offices.

Delivery times may be delayed during special promotional events and holidays; carriers do not deliver on December 25, December 26, January 1, or weekends.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, we recommend that you carefully check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document that we will send you via email.
- that the labels affixed to the packages show your name and address;
- that the external condition of the packages does not show any alterations or signs of tampering: the packaging must be intact, not damaged, nor wet
- that the packaging closing materials (adhesive tape or plastic straps) have not been tampered with or altered in any way.

If, during your checks, you find an anomaly, we recommend that you clearly indicate this on the courier's delivery note by adding a SPECIFIC WRITTEN RESERVATION.
